Wey Education Plc (LON:WEY), the educational services group, announced today that it has appointed Tony Knowles as Executive Director of Human Resources. Tony joined Wey on 15 May 2018 and he will head up the Company’s human resource function.
Tony is a member of the CIPD and has held director level roles since 1996. He joins Wey Education Plc from his position of Human Resources/Business Support Director of Veezu Holdings Limited, a private hire company based in Wales.
The following details in relation to the appointment of Anthony Gilbert Knowles, aged 53, are disclosed in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules:

In accordance with his employment contract the Company has granted unapproved share options to Mr Knowles over 1,500,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at an option price of 16.7 pence per share. The options are subject to various performance conditions and save in the event of a change of control of the Company, cannot be exercised before 20 May 2021.
There are no other disclosures in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
