Warpaint London plc (LON: W7L), the specialist supplier of colour cosmetics and owner of the W7 and Technic brands, has today provided a trading update in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2018.
Subject to audit, the Company expects to report revenue of £48.5 million and adjusted profit before tax* of £8.25 million for the year ended 31 December 2018.
The Company expects to report its audited results for the year ended 31 December 2018 in April 2019.
*Adjusted profit before tax excludes amortisation in connection with acquisitions, share-based payment charges and exceptional items
Warpaint London plc is a colour cosmetics business, based in Iver, Buckinghamshire. It is made up of two divisions: close-out and own-brand. The second and larger own-brand division primarily consists of the Group’s flagship brand, W7, together with the Technic, Body Collection and Man’stuff brands acquired through the acquisition of Retra Holdings in 2017.
