Vertu Motors formed in late 2006 to acquire and consolidate UK motor retail businesses it went on to acquire the 13th largest motor retailer in the United Kingdom, Bristol Street Motors and since then made a number further acquisitions. Vertu Motors is now the 5th largest motor retailer with a network of 149 sales and after sales outlets across the UK.
