Versarien Plc (AIM:VRS), the advanced engineering materials group, is pleased to confirm that, further to the announcement on 13 October 2021, Diane Savory has commenced her role as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company following the retirement of James Stewart.

Schedule 2(g) Update

Ms Savory is no longer a current director of Maybe Solutions Ltd and has been appointed as a director of Fitbakes Ltd.

In addition, following an acquisition of shares since the announcement on 13 October 2021, Ms Savory now has a beneficial interest in 81,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
