TP ICAP plc (LON:TCAP) today announced that David Shalders, currently interim Chair of the Board’s Risk Committee, will now become Chair of the Board’s Risk Committee on a permanent basis and is appointed a member of the Audit Committee with immediate effect.
In addition, Angela Knight, non-executive director and a member of the Audit Committee, is appointed to the Risk Committee with immediate effect.
