The Board of TI Fluid Systems plc (LON: TIFS) has announced that Tim Cobbold has been appointed to the Board of the Company and will serve as its Senior Independent Director.
Tim has over thirty years of experience in a variety of sectors with more than ten years as Chief Executive Officer of FTSE listed organisations, including Chloride Group plc, De La Rue plc, and UBM plc. He served as a Non‑Executive Director of Drax Group plc for nine years until September 2019 and has been a Non‑Executive Director at Rotork plc since 2018.
Tim joined the Board on 4 November 2019.
Other than the directorships highlighted above, there are no matters requiring disclosure pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
