Sophos Group Plc (LON: SOPH) a global leader in network and endpoint security today announced that Steve Munford, a Non-Executive Director, has informed the Board of Directors of his intention to resign his position with immediate effect, in order to focus on other commitments.
Sophos Chairman Peter Gyenes, said:
