On 1st November 2019 Signature Aviation (LON: SIG) announced a special interim dividend of 80.71 cents per existing ordinary share following completion of the sale of Ontic.
Eligible shareholders will receive the Special Dividend in sterling, unless an election was completed and registered with the Company’s registrars. The deadline for the currency election in respect of the Special Dividend payment was 22 November 2019.
This announcement confirms that the currency exchange rate applicable for the Special Dividend for shareholders who have not made a currency election before the applicable deadline and who will therefore receive their dividend in sterling is:
