Schroders plc (LON:SDR) will today host an investor event for institutional investors and sell-side analysts at 9am BST at its headquarters, 1 London Wall Place, London EC2Y 5AU.

The session will be led by Group Chief Executive, Peter Harrison, and will include a series of presentations by senior executives to provide greater insight into the growth trajectory of its Wealth Management business, followed by Q&A.

Schroders Wealth Management continues to grow. Assets under management (AUM) increased to £115.6 billion at 30 April 2023 (31 December 2022: £111.4 billion), supported by net new business of £2.9 billion.

During today’s event, Schroders plc will share the growth prospects for each of its three Wealth Management businesses:

Cazenove Capital and International to continue to leverage its differentiated position in the ultra/high-net-worth bracket accelerated by the newly launched regional offices
Benchmark growing its share of the UK adviser market through its leading technology platform and broad proposition for advisers
Schroders Personal Wealth is poised for strong growth in the affluent bracket, following the actions taken to transform the business

As a result, we expect our Wealth Management business to generate net new business growth of 5-7% of opening AUM per annum. Supported by operational leverage and efficiencies, Wealth Management operating profit is expected to grow at a CAGR of c.10% from 2022 to 2025, excluding the effects of markets, FX and acquisitions.

No new material information will be delivered during the event. The materials used in the presentations and a video replay of the Capital Markets Day will be made available via Schroder’s IR website.
