Schroder Oriental Income Fund Limited (LON:SOI) has confirmed that, further to the announcement on 3 August 2023 that Kate Cornish-Bowden had advised the Board that she will resign as a Director of the Company prior to the appointment of Schroder Unit Trusts Limited as the AIFM of International Biotechnology Trust, Ms Cornish-Bowden resigned as a Director of the Company with effect from 17 November 2023.
The Board has commenced the process of appointing a successor.
