Real Estate Credit Investments Ltd (LON:RECI), a non-cellular company incorporated in Guernsey, has announced that its Investment Manager’s monthly Fact Sheet as at 30 June 2023 is now available:

As at 30 June 2023, the Company was exposed to a diversified, partially inflation protected portfolio of 47 investments with a valuation of £310m.

One loan to a hotel and golf club house development located in the Algarve, Portugal repaid in the month, returning £11.3m to RECI.
