Real Estate Credit Investments Limited (LON:RECI), a non-cellular company incorporated in Guernsey, has announced that its Investment Manager’s monthly Fact Sheet as at 31 July 2023 is now available below.

As at 31 July 2023, the Company was exposed to a diversified, partially inflation protected portfolio of 45 investments with a valuation of £318m. The fourth interim dividend for the year of 3p per share was paid in the month.
