Plus500 Ltd (LON:PLUS), a global multi‐asset fintech group operating proprietary technology‐based trading platforms, has confirmed that, having completed her three-year term as an External Director under the provisions of Israel’s Companies Law, 5759-1999, following her appointment to the Board by shareholders at the Company’s 2020 AGM held on 16 September 2020, Ms. Anne Grim, our Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and External Director is required to step down from the Board of Directors effective as of today.

The Company intends to convene an EGM later in 2023 for the reappointment of Ms. Grim as an independent Non-Executive Director and External Director, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law.

Plus500 Ltd also announced today, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11(3), that Prof. Varda Liberman, our Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Regulatory & Risk Committee, will replace Ms. Anne Grim as the Senior Independent Director, with immediate effect.
