Northbridge Industrial Services plc (LON:NBI), the industrial services and rental company, has announced that it has appointed Stephen yapp as an independent non-executive director of the Group with immediate effect.
With over 25 years experience of public company boards, Mr Yapp, aged 63, is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants and holds an MBA. He is currently Chairman of Pittards plc and of a number of private companies. Until recently, he was non-executive director of Downing Strategic Micro Cap Fund and, from 2007 until the company was sold in 2016, he was Executive Chairman of Journey Group plc.
