Manolete Partners appoint new CFO

Manolete Partners (LON:MANO), the leading UK-listed insolvency litigation financing company, has announced that Patrick Lineen has decided to retire at the end of December 2019, following the successful IPO of the Company last year.   Patrick will step down as Chief Financial Officer on 7 October 2019 when he will be replaced as CFO by Mark Wrenford Tavener.  Patrick will remain on the Board until 27 November 2019 and will then retire at the end of the year to ensure an orderly and smooth handover.

Mr Tavener previously worked in RSM’s corporate finance department. Prior to RSM, Mr Tavener held roles at IPSX, Deloitte, T-Mobile and PwC.

Mark Wrenford Tavener is 49 years old and is joining the Board with effect from 7 October 2019. During the last five years immediately preceding the date of this announcement, Mark Wrenford Tavener held the following directorships:
