Live Company Group plc (LON: LVCG) has announced that, further it’s announcement last year, and the update provided in the Company’s Interim Results, announced on 30th September 2019, the Company continues advanced discussions with the vendors of Bright Bricks Holdings Limited regarding the settlement of the deferred consideration of, in aggregate, £0.833 million, due today, through the issue of new ordinary shares.
The acquisition of Bright Bricks was for total consideration of £8.5m, to be funded by a combination of £2.167m in cash from a Placing, 8,461,536 new Shares and £0.833m consideration deferred until the day following the first anniversary of completion (today).
