Just Group plc (LON:JUST), the specialist UK financial services group focussing on attractive segments of the UK retirement market, has announced that Mark Godson is to join Just as Group Chief Financial Officer and the Board as an Executive Director. Mark will join the Board with effect from 1 January 2024, subject to regulatory approval. He will succeed Andy Parsons who will retire from the Board on 31 December 2023.
Mark is currently a partner at EY, and leader of their UK actuarial practice. He is a life actuary with over 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry across several international markets. He has led assignments focussing on delivering growth strategies, business transformation, commercial optimisation and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to his current role he was at Swiss Re, based in London.
