Julia Fox recently recalled a time she stalked a drug dealer who she believed gave her friend the fatal dose that took her life. The 33-year-old actress took her dead friend’s gun and searched the dealer’s neighbourhood until she found him. However, it turns out her friend most likely died due to a combination of substances in her body rather than one bad pill, and Fox is ‘glad’ she didn’t go any further with her plan.
In an interview with ELLE, Fox noted she has now changed her outlook on men and simply wants ‘to be left alone’. She further added that she believes ‘knowingly engaging in a heterosexual relationship, you are signing yourself up for an unhealthy dynamic.’ The Uncut Gems star is done with men and is determined to ‘figure it out’ herself.
The actress also spoke about parenthood and how being a mother to her two-year-old son Valentino has kept her ‘grounded’ and has helped change her perspective as she has learned to move on from areas of her life that aren’t helping her anymore. She also shared her fears of raising a boy due to the current state of society, while noting that creating a new life is ‘superhero stuff’.
