James Fisher & Sons appoint Eoghan O’Lionaird as Chief Executive Officer

Further to the announcement on 5 July 2019, James Fisher and Sons (LON:FSJ)), the leading marine services provider, has today confirmed that Eoghan O’Lionaird has been appointed Chief Executive Officer with effect from 1 October 2019.

The Company further confirms that Nick Henry has stepped down as CEO and Executive Director with effect from 1 October, but will remain employed by the Company until 31 March 2020 to ensure a smooth and effective transition of responsibility.

Details of financial terms agreed with Mr O’Lionaird in connection with his new role, and with Mr Henry in connection with his departure (in accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006) are available on the James Fisher Sons website, and will be disclosed in the Directors’ Remuneration Report within the Company’s Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2019.
