ITV plc (LON:ITV) announced that Edward Bonham Carter has joined the Board as Senior Independent non-executive director with effect from 11 October 2018.
Edward was appointed Vice Chairman of Jupiter Fund Management plc in 2014 having served as Group Chief Executive from 2007. He joined Jupiter in 1994 as a UK fund manager and held the position of Chief Investment Officer from 1999 to 2010. He started his career at Schroders in 1982 as an investment analyst before moving to Electra Investment Trust in 1986 where he was a fund manager.
He is also Senior Independent Director of Land Securities Group plc, a Non-executive Director of Netwealth Investments, a Board member of The Investor Forum, a Trustee of the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation and the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment Trust, and a member of the Strategic Advisory Board of Livingbridge.
