These innovations include the development of the “PoD online gaming platform” and the “Cyphinx – Immersive 3D Gaming platform”, each an innovation in engaging the next generation of talent to ensure the future of the industry and protect the interest of the country. Jay is the Managing Director of Falanx Cyber Defence and has responsibility for defining the technology roadmap and innovation of the company.
Falanx Group Ltd acquired the entire issued share capital of Cloudified Limited (“Cloudified”) for a total consideration of approximately £180,000 (“Acquisition”).
