International Public Partnerships appoints Giles Adu as a non-executive Director

International Public Partnerships Limited (LON:INPP) has announced that Giles Adu has been appointed to the Board of the Company as a non-executive Director with effect from 1 September 2024. Giles has also been appointed to each of the Company’s Committees with effect from the same date.

Biography for Giles Adu

Giles has over 30 years’ experience spanning investment, advisory and investment funds across debt capital markets, real estate investment, alternative investment fund structuring and capital raising. He is Co-Founder and Investment Director of Seaton Place Limited, an investment advisor, advisor to Silk Road Opportunities Fund, a commercial property investment fund and bespoke alternative investments for family offices and HNWIs.

Giles has previously held several senior advisory roles in fixed-income and debt capital markets at Societe Generale and BNP Paribas, before establishing Brook Street Partners an AIternative investment fund advisor to global institutional investors. Giles has held several non-executive director positions for investment funds in multi asset classes in private and public markets.

Giles holds an MSc in Financial Economics, a BA in Economics and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Charter holder.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13, Giles is a Non-Executive Director of Blackstone Loan Financing Ltd which is admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
