HomeServe plc (LON:HSV) has confirmed that, following the announcement on 17 November 2020 that Ross Clemmow will join HomeServe plc as Chief Executive, EMEA, Ross’s start date will be 22 March 2021.
He will be appointed as a Director of HomeServe plc on the same date.
