Hastings Group Holdings PLC (LON:HSTG) today announced that, following recommendation of the Nomination Committee, Selina Sagayam has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company. Ms Sagayam has also been appointed to the Company’s Remuneration Committee and Risk Committee.
