Hastings Group Holdings Plc Appoint new CFO with extensive experience in financial services

Hastings Group Holdings Plc (LON:HSTG) today announced that Richard Hoskins, who has been with the business since April 2015, has decided to retire from his position as Group Chief Financial Officer. John Worth, currently Group CFO of MS Amlin, will replace Richard and is expected to join the Board within the next few months. Richard will work with John to ensure orderly succession and a smooth handover.

John is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in financial services gained through senior roles in Finance, IT, Operations and Risk. John has worked for a number of large financial services organisations, in banking and insurance, and in professional services firms. John is also a Non-Executive Director for the NSPCC.

Within the past five years, John has served with Co-operative Bank plc and Hiscox plc.

There are no additional matters requiring disclosure under Rule 9.6.13 of the UK Listing Rules.
