Halfords Group plc (LON:HFD) today announced the appointment of Loraine Woodhouse as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from 1 November 2018.
Loraine has been Finance Director of Waitrose since 2015, having previously occupied senior finance roles in the John Lewis Partnership including as Acting Group Finance Director. Prior to that, Loraine was CFO of Hobbs, Finance Director of Capital Shopping Centres Limited (now Intu plc) and Finance Director of Costa Coffee Limited. Loraine’s early career included finance and investor relations roles at Kingfisher plc.
Loraine succeeds Jonny Mason who, as previously announced, leaves Halfords on 31 July 2018.

Loraine is currently a partner trustee of the John Lewis Partnership Trust for Pensions, but will relinquish this role prior to appointment as CFO of Halfords. There is no further information to be disclosed relating to Loraine under paragraph 9.6.13 of the UK Listing Authority Listing Rules.
Halfords Group plc will publish its 20-week trading statement on 4 September 2018 followed by a Capital Markets Day on 27 September 2018.
