Gresham House Energy Storage Fund Directors buy more shares in the company

Gresham House Energy Storage Fund plc (LON:GRID) has announced that Duncan John Neale, a Non Executive Director of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company, on 27 November 2020, has acquired 3,800 ordinary shares at a price of 105 pence per share as part of the Company’s placing programme, announced on 10 November 2020.

In total Duncan Neale will be interested in 13,425 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.0039 per cent of the Company’s issued Ordinary Share Capital.

Gresham House Energy Storage Fund also announced that John Stephen Leggate, a Non Executive Director of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company, on 27 November 2020, has acquired 8,740 ordinary shares at a price of 105 pence per share as part of the Company’s placing programme, announced on 10 November 2020.

In total John Leggate will be interested in 37,415 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.0107% per cent of the Company’s issued Ordinary Share Capital.

Also that that David Clive Stevenson, a Non Executive Director of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company, on 27 November 2020, has acquired 3,610 ordinary shares at a price of 105 pence per share as part of the Company’s placing programme, announced on 10 November 2020.

In total David Stevenson will be interested in 13,464 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.0039 per cent of the Company’s issued Ordinary Share Capital.
