Genuit Group plc (LON:GEN), a leading provider of sustainable water and climate management solutions for the built environment, today announced that Matt Pullen will step down from the Board and as Chief Operating Officer on 28 April 2023. He will remain an employee of the Company and available to the Board in an advisory capacity until 30 June 2023 to ensure an orderly handover of responsibilities, which will be distributed amongst the senior leadership team. The Board does not intend to appoint a successor.
The Company also announces that Martin Gisbourne, Group Strategy and Marketing Director, will assume the newly expanded role of Chief Strategy and Sustainability Officer and will lead the Company’s sustainability journey, in addition to his current focus on our acquisitions and partnership activity.
