Foresight Solar appoints Lynn Cleary as an Independent Non-Executive Director

Foresight Solar Fund Limited (LON:FSFL), a sustainability-focused fund investing in solar and battery storage assets in the UK and abroad, is pleased to announce the appointment of Lynn Cleary as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 18 September 2023.

Lynn spent 17 years as CFO and, later in her time, as the Managing Director of Strategic Programmes, of The Royal Bank of Scotland International, one of the largest financial services firms operating in the local and the institutional banking sectors in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Gibraltar. She will leave the bank at the end of this year. She is currently also the President of the Jersey Bankers Association and Chair of the Treasury Advisory Panel for the Government of Jersey. Lynn has also recently joined the Board of the Ports of Jersey as a NED. A Chartered Accountant, she has a diverse range of relevant experience, having represented major financial institutions to governmental, regulatory and trade bodies.
