Zeus Capital Ltd have acted as financial adviser to the shareholders of Luff Group Limited on its successful sale to an entity owned by UK Land Limited.
Established over 50 years ago, the Luff Group owns, develops and maintains a significant portfolio of property assets based around the Wokingham and Berkshire region. The Luff Group has become one of the largest property asset owners in the area, and the transaction significantly expands UK Land’s footprint in the region.
Rishi Majithia and Jee Lee of Zeus Capital’s corporate finance team, and Zeus Capital consultant Dane Houlahan, advised the shareholders of the Luff Group throughout the sale process, helping them secure a successful trade exit and assisting them in finding the right strategic acquirer that will support the business’s future growth.
