Draper Esprit plc (LON:GROW, Euronext Dublin: GRW), a leading venture capital firm investing in and developing high growth digital technology businesses, announced today that it has changed its name from Draper Esprit plc to Molten Ventures plc.
The rebranding is in response to the company’s transformation of recent years, accelerated company growth and recent inclusion in the FTSE 250, and a recognition of its unique role in the democratisation of venture capital. There is also a new website, moltenventures.com and a new motto, ‘Make More Possible’.
Make More Possible reflects Molten’s unique contribution as a listed venture capital firm. Molten invests in Europe’s best entrepreneurs and seed funds, helping them to make more possible. Further, because it is listed, the rewards of Molten’s investments make more possible for public market investors, not just a small club of LPs.

The Group’s stock market TIDM (LSE: GROW, Euronext Dublin: GRW), the Company’s ISIN (GB00BY7QYJ50) and SEDOL (BY7QYJ5) will remain unchanged and existing share certificates will continue to be valid. The change of name will take effect on the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Dublin from 8.00 a.m. on 10 November 2021.
