CYBG PLC (LON:CYBG) today announced that Tim Wade will be appointed as a member of the Board’s Governance and Nomination Committee with effect from 20 September 2019.
Tim joined the CYBG PLC group in September 2016 and is Chair of the Board’s Audit Committee and a member of the Board’s Risk Committee.
There are no other matters requiring disclosure under paragraph 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules.
