Capital Drilling Ltd (LON:CAPD) has announced that following shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting held on 12 June 2020, it is changing its name to Capital Limited. The change of company name has been filed with the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda. Trading of the Group’s shares under the new name will commence tomorrow, 17 June 2020, at 8.00 am. The Group’s ticker symbol will remain “CAPD”.
Capital Drilling is a leading mining services business providing a complete range of drilling and mine site services to mineral exploration and mining companies, with a focus on the African markets. The company’s services include: exploration, development, drill and blast and grade control drilling for surface and underground projects and load and haul services.
