Britvic plc CFO Joanne Wilson to leave 18 April 2023

Britvic plc (LON:BVIC) have stated today that further to the announcement on 8 November 2022, concerning the resignation of Joanne Wilson as Chief Financial Officer, the Company announces that Joanne’s resignation will take effect from 18 April 2023.  The process of appointing a new CFO is already well underway, and we will make a further announcement as soon as this is finalised.

Britvic plc is a British producer of soft drinks based in Hemel Hempstead, England. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index. It produces soft drinks under its own name, and several other brands.
