Boohoo Group appoints PKF Littlejohn LLP as Group auditor

Boohoo Group plc (LON:BOO), a leading online fashion retailer, has confirmed that, further to the Group’s announcement on 19 October 2020 and following a competitive tender process led by the Group’s Audit Committee, the Board has approved the proposed appointment of PKF Littlejohn LLP as the Group’s auditor with immediate effect.

As required by Article 113B(9) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, PricewaterhouseCoopers, previous auditor to the Group, confirms that there are no matters in connection with this change that should be brought to the attention of the Group’s shareholders. Boohoo Group board would like to thank PwC for its services and support provided to the Group over the past seven years.
