Boku secures agreement with Amazon Japan

Boku Inc (LON:BOKU), a leading global provider of mobile payment solutions, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a new commercial agreement with Amazon Japan G.K. to supply digital wallet and other local payment methods to Amazon JP. 

The New Agreement with Amazon JP enables the processing of payments for Amazon JP sales through the amazon.co.jp website.  

Boku’s revenue from the New Agreement will be based on the transaction value that it processes and such revenue may result in vesting of warrants previously issued to Amazon.com, Inc..
