Boku Inc (LON:BOKU), a leading global mobile payment and mobile identity company, announced that it has posted to shareholders its notice of Annual General Meeting.

Copies of the notice of AGM and proxy form are available to view on the Company’s website, at https://www.boku.com/investor-relations/.

The AGM will be held at 1.00 p.m. BST on Wednesday 8 July 2020 at the offices of the Company at 2nd Floor, 9 Orange Street, London, WC2H 7EA, United Kingdom.

We are, however, sensitive to the public health and travel concerns our stockholders, employees and directors may have in light of the COVID-19 situation. To protect those required to attend the AGM in person, all stockholders are encouraged to listen to the proceedings at the AGM remotely and vote in advance of the AGM by proxy in accordance with instructions set out in the notice of AGM.

Stockholders interested in registering for the remote call can do so by emailing [email protected] no later than 1pm BST on Monday, 6 July 2020. Please ensure that you have proof of shareholding and identity to register.

The Company values engagement with its stockholders and those who have questions for the board of the Company can forward their questions to the Company Secretary by emailing [email protected] in advance of the AGM and also no later than 1pm BST on Monday, 6 July 2020. Answers to these questions will be posted shortly after the AGM on the Company’s website, at https://www.boku.com/investor-relations/.
