Baron Oil Plc (AIM:BOIL), the AIM-quoted oil and gas exploration and appraisal company, has announced that Dr. Andrew (Andy) Butler commenced his appointment to the Board of Baron as Director, Asia Pacific, on 1 July 2023.
Dr Andy Butler, commented:
“Having been closely associated with Baron for almost seven years, through our initial new venture partnership to the capture and de-risking of the TL-SO-19-16 PSC in Timor-Leste, I’m pleased now to be joining the Company as a Director. It is the right time for the Company, as we focus our efforts towards the appraisal drilling of the Chuditch gas discovery and the realisation of the value in the project for all of the Company’s stakeholders.”
