Dividend
The Directors have proposed the payment of a final ordinary dividend of 2.3 pence per Ordinary Share and a special dividend of 0.2 pence per Ordinary Share which, if approved by shareholders at the forthcoming AGM, will be payable on 4 January 2024 to shareholders whose names appear on the register at the close of business on 1 December 2023 (ex-dividend 30 November 2023).
