Avation appoints Moore Audit as independent auditor of subsidiary Avation Capital

Avation PLC (LON:AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, has announced the appointment of Moore Audit S.A. as independent auditor of its subsidiary Avation Capital S.A.  Moore Audit was appointed at a general meeting of Avation Capital S.A. held on 15 October 2024 for the period ending on the date of the annual general meeting to be held in 2025.

Avation Capital S.A. is a Luxembourg based wholly owned subsidiary of Avation PLC and the change of auditor is only applicable to that subsidiary. For clarity and certainty, there is no change of auditor for Avation PLC.
