Allergy Therapeutics plc (LON:AGY), the fully integrated commercial biotechnology company specialising in allergy immunotherapy, today announced, that following a competitive tender process, BDO LLP has been appointed as its external auditor for the year ended 30 June 2021. The appointment of BDO as auditor for the following financial year will be subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Grant Thornton UK LLP has now resigned and has confirmed to the Company that there are no matters which should be brought to the attention of the creditors or shareholders of the Group.
