AB Dynamics plc (LON: ABDP) the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive industry, announced today that Robert (Rob) Hart has informed the Company of his decision to step down as Chief Financial Officer and from the Board.
The Board has commenced a formal recruitment process for his successor. Rob will continue to serve as CFO and remain a director of the Company until 31 July 2019. A further announcement on the transition will be made nearer the time.

Rob joined the Company in 2008 and has supported us through our successful IPO in 2013 and more recently as we have diversified our product set to take advantage of the significant opportunities in ADAS testing and simulation. I, together with other members of the Board, wish him well for the future.”
